NAD announcement for Deaf Truckers

Dean DeRusso explains the recent announcement from NAD regarding the new opportunities for Deaf people to become truck drivers. NAD will assist deaf people in signing up to get their Class A and B Commercial Drivers Licenses with and with out air brakes as well as driving nationwide. This is an upgrade from Class B without air brakes that was previously agreed to by the Department of Transportation.
